To use the Paypal option you must first complete an entry form for each dog and email (or snail mail) a copy of your completed entry and help forms to trialsec@northeastagility.com. Please include a copy of your dogs permanent height card if I do not already have one on file for you. Once you have emailed your entry forms you can use the Paypal buttons below to pay for your entries. You may not enter prior to the posted trial opening date.

You will be required to sign your entry forms at check in before your first run. If you do not sign the entry form, your entries are not valid, and you will not be allowed to run at the trial. Alternatively, if you choose you can snail mail me your signed hardcopies before the closing date to avoid having to sign them at check in. Please refer to the premium for a copy of the refund policy. If you are using any coupons, please let me know when you e-mail your entries and snail mail the coupon to me prior to the trial closing date.

Entry Acceptance Method and Opening Date
Entries postmarked before June 22, 2009 will not be accepted. Entry POSTMARK DATE will determine the acceptance order. Hand-stamped postmarks are recommended. There is no need to overnight entries. In accordance with NADAC guidelines, priority entry will be given to a limited number of exhibitors who volunteer to help work at our trial. Entries postmarked before July 4th will receive discounted entry fees.

Closing Date
All entries must be RECEIVED no later than July 27th. Entries are limited to 450 total runs per day (350 runs with jumps). Entries not filled out correctly or sent with an incorrect amount of fees will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any entry. Anyone who is not currently in good standing with NADAC will not be allowed entry into the trial.

Entry Fees
$10/run for entries postmarked on or before July 4th; $12/run for entries postmarked after July 4th; $15/run for day-of-trial entries or any entries received after the closing date IF ACCEPTED; $5/run for Junior Handlers (age 17 and under). Checks will be cashed on or after the closing date of Monday Julyl 27th.

Entry Changes
Accepted entries may be changed prior to Monday August 3rd. E-mail requests to Erin Wajda at trialsec@northeastagility.com, or call 518-712-5323 (e-mail is preferred). When you request changes please identify the trial date, dog, owner, dog’s NADAC number, and the requested change. Any changes made after the closing date will cost $5.00 per change REGARDLESS OF WHO IS AT FAULT so please check your confirmation carefully! You will receive e-mail confirmation of any requested change. I am usually able to respond within 3 weekdays. If you do not receive a response from me then please e-mail me again. No changes will be made at the trial so please read your confirmations carefully!

Move-Ups
Move-ups between days will be allowed providing the request is made no later than 15 minutes after the results are posted for the last class on Saturday.

Refunds
There shall be no refunds for entries withdrawn in the event a dog and/or handler are dismissed from competition, regardless of the reason for such dismissal. Refunds are allowed if requested before the closing date. A dog or handler which suffers an injury and/or illness or bitches that come into season after the closing date may be eligible for a refund of up to 75% of their total entry fees. Requests for said refunds must be received in writing by the by the completion of the event on Sunday, August 9th. Please include documentation from your veterinarian or physician verifying the illness or injury. A $5.00 processing fee will be assessed for any requested refund.  No entry fee will be refunded if the trial cannot open or be completed by reasons of riots, civil disturbances, fire, snow, acts of God, public emergency, an act of a public enemy, or any other cause beyond our control.

Running Orders
Running orders will be posted by Tuesday evening, August 4th. No extra copies of the catalog will be available at the trial, so if you would like your own copy of the running order, please print one out from the website. If you wish to have the catalog printed out for you, NAE will provide copies at a cost of $1.00 per catalog provided that you make your request prior to 8:00 PM on Wednesday August 5th by calling 518-712-5323 or e-mailing trialsec@northeastagility.com, e-mail is preferred. Requested copies will be available during check-in.

Registration / Starting Times
Daily registration and walkthroughs will be from 7:00 – 7:30 A.M. Briefings will begin at 7:30 A.M with the first dog on the line IMMEDIATELY AFTERWARD. Depending on class size, walk-thrus for all levels of Tunnelers, Touch N Go, Weavers and Hoopers may be combined.

Tentative Trial Schedule
Below is the tentative trial schedule for this trial. It is subject to change at the club’s and/or judge’s discretion. All classes will run Elite-Open-Novice. Saturday will run small to tall; Sunday will run tall to small.

Saturday: Chances, Jumpers, Regular 1+2, Tunnelers, Touch N Go, Weavers
Sunday: Touch N Go, Weavers, Regular 1+2, Hoopers, Chances, Jumpers

From the South: Take I-91 North to Exit 3 in Vermont. Off the exit ramp, go part of the way around the round-about (rotary), and go North (right) onto Rte 5. Follow Route 5 north. At 2.5 miles, Hidden Acres entrance is on the right.

From the North: Take I-91 South to Exit 4. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto Rte 5 South. At 3.5 miles, Hidden Acres entrance is on the left.

From the East: Take Rte 9 West toward Vermont. Shortly after entering Vermont (not even 1/2 mile), enter the round-about (rotary), and make your first right to go north onto Rte 5. Follow Route 5 north for 2.5 miles. Hidden Acres entrance is on the right.

From the West: Take Rte 9 East toward Brattleboro. At I-91, cross bridge over the highway and turn left onto the entrance ramp for I-91 North. Exit at the next (Exit 3). Off the exit ramp, go part of the way around the round-about (rotary), and go North (right) onto Rte 5. Follow Route 5 north. At 2.5 miles, Hidden Acres entrance is on the right.
