Entry Acceptance Method and Opening Date
Entries postmarked before July 13th will not be accepted. Entry POSTMARK DATE will determine the acceptance order. Hand-stamped postmarks are recommended. There is no need to overnight entries. In accordance with NADAC guidelines, priority entry will be given to a limited number of exhibitors who volunteer to help work at our trial.

Closing Date
All entries must be RECEIVED no later than AUGUST 10, 2009. Entries are limited to 400 total runs per day (350 runs with jumps). Entries not filled out correctly or sent with an incorrect amount of fees will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any entry. Anyone who is not currently in good standing with NADAC will not be allowed entry into the trial.

Entry Fees
$14/run; Weekend package price for all 10 runs (one dog) is $125; $7/run for Junior Handlers ($70 for all 10 classes); $15/run for day-of-trial entries or any entries received after the closing date IF ACCEPTED.

Entry Changes
Accepted entries may be changed prior to Monday August 17th. E-mail requests to Erin Wajda at trialsec@northeastagility.com, or call 518-712-5323 (e-mail is preferred). When you request changes please identify the trial date, dog, owner, dog’s NADAC number, and the requested change. Any changes made after the closing date will cost $5.00 per change REGARDLESS OF WHO IS AT FAULT so please check your confirmation carefully! You will receive e-mail confirmation of any requested change. Erin is usually able to respond within 3 weekdays. If you do not receive a response then please e-mail her again. No changes will be made at the trial so please read your confirmations carefully!

Move-Ups
Move-ups between days will be allowed at this trial providing the request is made no later than 15 minutes after the results are posted for the last class on Saturday.

Refunds
There shall be no refunds for entries withdrawn in the event a dog and/or handler are dismissed from competition, regardless of the reason for such dismissal. Refunds are allowed if requested before the closing date. A dog or handler which suffers an injury and/or illness or bitches that come into season after the closing date may be eligible for a refund up to 75% of their total entry fee. Requests for said refunds must be received in writing by the by the completion of the event on Sunday, August 23rd. Please include documentation from your veterinarian or physician verifying the illness or injury. No entry fee will be refunded if the trial cannot open or be completed by reasons of riots, civil disturbances, fire, snow, acts of God, public emergency, an act of a public enemy, or any other cause beyond our control.

Registration / Starting Times
Registration will be from 6:30 - 7:00AM. Briefings will begin at 7:00AM with the first dog on the line shortly thereafter. Please do not arrive at the trial site before 6:00AM.

Setup
Setup will begin at 3:00PM.

Running Orders
Running orders will be posted on this website by Tuesday evening August 18th. No extra copies of the catalog will be available at the trial, so if you would like your own copy of the running order, please print one out for yourself. If you wish to have the catalog printed out for you, the trial secretary will provide copies at a cost of $1.00 per catalog provided that you make your request prior to 8:00 PM on Wednesday August 19th by calling 518-712-5323 or e-mailing trialsec@northeastagility.com, e-mail is preferred. Requested copies will be available during check-in.

Tentative Schedule
Below is the tentative trial schedule for this trial. It is subject to change at the club’s and/or judge’s discretion. All classes will run Elite-Open-Novice. Depending on class size, walk-thrus for all levels of Tunnelers, Touch N Go, and Hoopers may be combined.

Saturday: Jumpers, Chances, Regular, Touch N Go, Tunnelers

Sunday: Tunnelers, Weavers, Regular, Chances, Jumpers

Driving Directions

From Southern N.J. – From the Garden State Parkway take exit 127 to 440 East.  Follow 440 to the Outerbridge Crossing onto Staten Island.  Stay to the left through the tolls onto the Korean War Veterans Memorial Parkway (do not get onto Route 440) and follow *NEXT below.

From Northern N.J. – Take the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 13/Goethals Bridge onto Staten Island.  Soon after the tolls, take a right exit for Route 440 South.  Take this all the way to the end, bearing left to get onto the Korean War Veterans Memorial Parkway and follow *NEXT below.

*NEXT, take the first exit for Maguire Avenue/Foster Road/Huguenot Avenue. Make a right onto Huguenot Avenue, and take this about 1-1/2 mile to Hylan Boulevard. Turn right onto Hylan Blvd and pass one traffic light. Turn left onto Cornelia Avenue into Wolfs Pond Park. There is a sign for the park at the corner. The park entrance is on the right.

From Brooklyn, Queens, and Points East via the Verrazano Narrows Bridge: Take the Verrazano Narrows Bridge to Staten Island. From the tollbooths, stay right and take the second exit, Lily Pond Avenue. Make a right onto Lily Pond Avenue. Lily Pond Avenue becomes Father Capodanno Boulevard. Take this all the way down to Midland Avenue, and make a right. Take Midland Avenue to Hylan Boulevard, and make a left onto Hylan Boulevard. Take this approximately 5 miles. When you pass Bernstein Intermediate School on your left, the park is immediately past the next traffic signal. Make a left into the park
