To use the Paypal option you must first complete an entry form for each dog and email (or snail mail) a copy of your completed entry and help forms to trialsec@northeastagility.com. Please include a copy of your dogs permanent height card if I do not already have one on file for you. Once you have emailed your entry forms you can use the Paypal buttons below to pay for your entries. You may not enter prior to the posted trial opening date.

You will be required to sign your entry forms at check in before your first run. If you do not sign the entry form, your entries are not valid, and you will not be allowed to run at the trial. Alternatively, if you choose you can snail mail me your signed hardcopies before the closing date to avoid having to sign them at check in. Please refer to the premium for a copy of the refund policy. If you are using any coupons, please let me know when you e-mail your entries. You can either snail mail the coupons to me prior to the trial closing date or turn them in at the trial during check-in on your first day entered.

Entry Acceptance Method and Closing Date
Entry POSTMARK DATE will determine the acceptance order.  There is no need to overnight entries.  All pre-entries must be RECEIVED no later than May 3rd.  Entries are limited to 450 total runs per day (350 runs with jumps).  Entries not filled out correctly or sent with an incorrect amount of fees will not be accepted.  We reserve the right to refuse any entry.  Anyone who is not currently in good standing with NADAC will not be allowed entry into the trial.  In accordance with NADAC guidelines, priority entry will be given to a limited number of exhibitors who help volunteer to work at our trial.

Entry Fees
Entries postmarked on or before March 27th will receive an early entry discount.  $10/run for entries postmarked on or before March 27th; $12/run for entries postmarked after March 27th, $15/run for any entries received after the closing date and day-of-trial entries IF ACCEPTED (additional administration fees may apply, please see below); $5/run for Junior Handlers (age 17 and under) pre-entry only.

Day of Trial Entries
Day of trial entries will be accepted at this trial. The cost for day of trial entries will be $15/run.  An additional one-time $15 administration fee will be charged for day of trial entries for any dog that is not pre-entered in the trial

Important Note: According to NADAC regulations, we cannot accept day-of-trial entries for classes that have been set or for which the course maps have been posted.  Therefore NO COURSE MAPS WILL BE POSTED AT THIS TRIAL.  We do apologize for any inconvenience, however sufficient time will be provided for the walk-thru of each class.  If you plan on entering the first class of the day on Saturday (Elite Jumpers) and have not pre-entered, you must let the trial secretary know by Thursday May 13th (8PM) by e-mailing trialsec@northeastagility.com.  Courses will be set the night before and they will be numbered first thing in the morning for walk-thrus.

Entry Changes
Accepted entries may be changed prior to Monday May 10th. E-mail requests to Erin Wajda at trialsec@northeastagility.com, or call 518-712-5323 (e-mail is preferred). When you request changes please identify the trial date, dog, owner, dog’s NADAC number, and the requested change. Any changes made after this time will be done day of trial and will cost $5.00 per change REGARDLESS OF WHO IS AT FAULT so please check your confirmation carefully! You will receive e-mail confirmation of any requested change. I am usually able to respond within 3 weekdays. If you do not receive a response from me then please e-mail me again.

Move-Ups
Move-ups between days will be allowed providing the request is made no later than 15 minutes after the results are posted for the last class on Saturday.

Refunds
There shall be no refunds for entries withdrawn in the event a dog and/or handler are dismissed from competition, regardless of the reason for such dismissal. Refunds are allowed if requested before the closing date. A dog or handler which suffers an injury and/or illness or bitches that come into season after the closing date may be eligible for a refund of up to 75% of their total entry fees. Requests for said refunds must be received in writing by the by the completion of the event on Sunday, May 16th. Please include documentation from your veterinarian or physician verifying the illness or injury. A $5.00 processing fee will be assessed for any requested refund.  No entry fee will be refunded if the trial cannot open or be completed by reasons of riots, civil disturbances, fire, snow, acts of God, public emergency, an act of a public enemy, or any other cause beyond our control.

Running Orders
Running orders will be posted by Tuesday evening, May 11th. No extra copies of the catalog will be available at the trial, so if you would like your own copy of the running order, please print one out from the website.


Registration / Starting Times
Daily registration and walkthroughs on Saturday and Sunday will be from 7:30 – 8:00 A.M. Briefings will begin at 8:00 A.M with the first dog on the line IMMEDIATELY AFTERWARD.

Tentative Trial Schedule (updated 5/6)
Below is the tentative trial schedule for this trial. It is subject to change at the club’s and/or judge’s discretion. All classes will run Elite-Open-Novice. In all classes with jumps Saturday will run small to tall and Sunday will run tall to small.  In classes without jumps the jump heights may be intermixed.

Saturday: Jumpers, Chances, Regular 1+2, Touch N Go, Weavers, Tunnelers
Sunday: Tunnelers, Touch N Go, Regular 1+2, Chances**, Hoopers, Jumpers

**We will be stopping the trial briefly after Chances to load all unused equipment into the trailer.

If you are entered in the first class, please be sure to walk the course prior to the 8:00AM brieifing. ALL LEVELS of Tunnelers will walk together on Sunday morning. Depending on class size, walk-thrus for all levels of Tunnelers, Touch N Go, Weavers and Hoopers may be combined.

Driving Directions:

  • From the Albany Area (South):  The Washington County Fair is just 13 miles from Interstate 87. Take I-87 to exit 14. Follow the signs for Schuylerville and Route 29 East. Take Route 29 East through Schuylerville and across the Hudson River.  **Once you cross the river, continue ~1.75 miles on Route 29.  The Fairgrounds will be on the left after you crest the hill.  Turn left onto Old Schuylerville Rd. and follow to the fair entrance.
  • From the Glens Falls, N.Y. Area (North): Take I-87 to Exit 15. Stay left on the Exit 15 ramp. Follow the signs for Schuylerville and Route 29 East.  Take Route 29 East through Schuylerville and across the Hudson River.  Follow from ** above.
  • From the Troy, N.Y. Area:  Follow Route 40 North through Schaghticoke and north to the intersection of Route 40 & Route 29.  Turn left onto Route 29 and go six-tenths of a mile.  Turn right onto Old Schuylerville Road and follow to the fair entrance.
  • From Mass I-90:  Take exit B1 for I-90 West towards Albany; Take exit 6A for I-787 North and follow for ~8 miles; Turn right at RT-32 and go ~1.7 mi; Turn left at US-4 and follow for ~24 mi; Turn Right at RT-29 and follow for ~2 mi; Turn left onto Old Schuylerville Rd. and follow to the fair entrance.
  • Alternative Route from Mass I-90:  Take exit B3 for RT-22 New Lebanon; Turn right on RT-22; Follow RT-22 for ~52 miles; Turn left at RT-372 (E Main St.) and follow for ~9  mi; Continue on RT-29/Main St and follow for ~3 miles; Turn right onto Old Schuylerville Rd. and follow to the fair entrance.
