Entry Acceptance Method and Closing Date
Entry POSTMARK DATE will determine the acceptance order.  There is no need to overnight entries.  All pre-entries must be RECEIVED no later than May 10th.  Entries are limited to 750 total runs per day (350 runs with jumps/judge/day).  Entries not filled out correctly or sent with an incorrect amount of fees will not be accepted.  We reserve the right to refuse any entry.  Anyone who is not currently in good standing with NADAC will not be allowed entry into the trial.  In accordance with NADAC guidelines, priority entry will be given to a limited number of exhibitors who help volunteer to work at our trial.

Entry Fees
$14/run, Package Deal-All runs same day (one dog) $80 (Only for PRE-ENTRY); $15/run for any entries received after the closing date and day-of-trial entries IF ACCEPTED (additional administration fees may apply, please see below).

Day of Trial Entries
Day of trial entries will be accepted at this trial. The cost for day of trial entries will be $15/run.  An additional one-time $15 administration fee will be charged for day of trial entries for any dog that is not pre-entered in the trial.

Important Note: According to NADAC regulations, we cannot accept day-of-trial entries for classes that have been set or for which the course maps have been posted.  Therefore NO COURSE MAPS WILL BE POSTED AT THIS TRIAL.  We do apologize for any inconvenience, however sufficient time will be provided for the walk-thru of each class.  If you plan on entering the first class of the day on Saturday in either ring (Elite Regular 1+2, Hoopers All Levels) and have not pre-entered, you must let the trial secretary know by Thursday (8PM) by e-mailing trialsec@northeastagility.com.  Courses will be set the night before and they will be numbered first thing in the morning for walk-thrus.

Entry Changes
Accepted entries may be changed prior to Monday May 17th. E-mail requests to Erin Wajda at trialsec@northeastagility.com, or call 518-712-5323 (e-mail is preferred). When you request changes please identify the trial date, dog, owner, dog’s NADAC number, and the requested change. Any changes made after this time will be done day of trial and will cost $5.00 per change REGARDLESS OF WHO IS AT FAULT so please check your confirmation carefully! You will receive e-mail confirmation of any requested change. I am usually able to respond within 3 weekdays. If you do not receive a response from me then please e-mail me again.

Move-Ups
Move-ups between days will be allowed providing the request is made no later than 15 minutes after the results are posted for the last class on Saturday.

Refunds
There shall be no refunds for entries withdrawn in the event a dog and/or handler are dismissed from competition, regardless of the reason for such dismissal. Refunds are allowed if requested before the closing date. A dog or handler which suffers an injury and/or illness or bitches that come into season after the closing date may be eligible for a refund of up to 75% of their total entry fees. Requests for said refunds must be received in writing by the by the completion of the event on Sunday, May 23rd. Please include documentation from your veterinarian or physician verifying the illness or injury. A $5.00 processing fee will be assessed for any requested refund.  No entry fee will be refunded if the trial cannot open or be completed by reasons of riots, civil disturbances, fire, snow, acts of God, public emergency, an act of a public enemy, or any other cause beyond our control.

Running Orders
Running orders will be posted by Tuesday evening, May 18th. No extra copies of the catalog will be available at the trial, so if you would like your own copy of the running order, please print one out from the website.

Registration / Starting Times
Daily registration and walkthroughs on Saturday and Sunday will be from 7:00 – 7:30 A.M. Briefings and walk thrus will begin at 7:30 A.M. First dog on the line may be before 8:00 A.M.

Driving Directions:

FDR Park is off of the Taconic State Parkway, ~ 18 miles south of Route I-84

*Commercial vehicles/Trailers/RV’s ARE NOT PERMITTED on the Taconic*

NOTE:  There is a $6.00 car parking fee charged by FDR Park each day and $10.00 RV parking fee each day.

Passenger Cars:
From the North or South: Taconic State Parkway North to FDR Park Exit.
From the West:  Tappan Zee Bridge to Route 287 (Cross Westchester Expressway). Take Saw Mill River Parkway North to the Taconic State Parkway to FDR Park.
From the East:  I-684 to Route 35 West (Katonah). *Make left onto Route 35 and go into Yorktown.  In center of town (just after Triangle Shopping Center) turn right onto Route 202.  Continue on Route 202 to FDR Park on your left.*
Commercial Vehicles:
From the North:  I-684 South to Route 35 West (Katonah).  Follow from * above.
From the South:  I-684 North to Route 35 West (Katonah).  Follow from * above.
From the West:  Tappan Zee Bridge to 287 East (Cross Westchester Expressway) to I-684 North to Route 35 West (Katonah).  Follow from * above.
